Rakshabandhan 2025 in Mumbai: A Heartwarming Celebration with the Rescue Foundation

Under the leadership and vision of Director Mr. Mehul Sanghavi, Shreeji Sharan celebrated Rakshabandhan 2025 with over 100 girls from the Rescue Foundation in Mumbai.

These young girls, many of whom have overcome challenging pasts and are now on the path to rebuilding their lives, were welcomed with open hearts. For them, Rakshabandhan is more than just a festival — it’s a chance to feel the warmth and security of a brother’s love.

The celebration began with soulful singing and energetic dance performances by the girls. Each performance reflected their strength, resilience, and joy in embracing new beginnings. The room was filled with applause, smiles, and emotions that words could barely capture.

The highlight of the evening was the Rakhi-tying ceremony. As the girls tied Rakhis on the wrists of the Shreeji Sharan team members, the gesture carried deep meaning — a silent promise of protection, care, and brotherhood. The bonds formed in those moments went beyond tradition, offering the girls a sense of belonging and trust.

This Rakshabandhan was not just a festival for Shreeji Sharan — it was a day of building bonds, spreading love, and showing that family is not only defined by blood, but also by the relationships we choose to nurture.
